Basic sailing course  

With a German sailing instructor on Mallorca.

You will learn how to tack and jibe steering a sailing yacht in the Bay of Alcudia.

It is best to book 3 days and prepare for the SKS course.

Skipper training  SKS trip  

in  Alcudia on a training ship of the BGV ship security Hamburg. 

The yacht is  a Grand Soleil 43 BJ 98 was overhauled in 2016 and converted to a training ship.

 

The skipper training includes: 

On and off, man overboard, tacking, jibing, engines. 

Laying on the side, navigating, modern tour planning.

Ship safety, boat and crew.

Special one-hand maneuvers for docking and casting off with and without a crew.

Time schedule:

 

Friday  from 4 p.m. check in on board the Grand  Soleil 43.
8:00 p.m. Dinner in the harbor with briefing and planning of the trip.

 

Depart Saturday  11 am towards Menorca. (If the conditions are good, we will sail over to Menorca if everyone agrees.) 
Trip with sailing training, tacking, jibing, mooring in the harbour.
8pm Dinner at the port.

 

Sunday 11  pm   Departure towards Formentor.

On the way training man overboard, one hand steering and one hand tacking, jibing engines with and without a crew.

Learn how to steer a sailing yacht alone.

Arrive and practice mooring maneuvers in Alcudia.

Mooring on the side as required in the Caribbean. 

Evaporate into the Spring.

Maneuvers come and go - so you are guaranteed to get safely to the port.

Navigate safely with modern  and traditional tools.

 

Monday  disembark by 11 a.m. Extension day on request.

Per person 350 € in a double cabin with a maximum of 6 participants. Single cabin 450 € 
Including instructor, fuel, accommodation, port fee in Alcudia.

Plus meals on board, dinner and mooring fees in foreign ports.

Training SKS with practice exam  Saturday to Saturday  March - June, September, October, November, December.

Cruise Alcudia, Menorca, Porto Colom, Palma, Cabrera, Cala Ratjada, Alcudia.

Practice exam  Friday or Saturday in Alcudia.

Per person 550 € in double cabin with a maximum of 6 participants. Single cabin 850 € 
Including instructor, fuel, accommodation, port fee in Alcudia.

Plus meals on board, dinner and mooring fees in foreign ports.
