Dream Yachtcharter has an excellent reputation and only offers first-class sailing yachts.

The catamaran has an average weekly price of 4000€ and is 80% rented for 12 months.
We have been a partner of Dream Yachtcharter since 2019 and have now  been given the opportunity

to buy good ships at a great price.
As the winter season in the Caribbean runs from October to May, this is a perfect complement to Mallorca.
Flight prices to Cuba are very cheap and you can fly from Frankfurt to Varadero for as little as €350.
The catamaran Nautitech 40 Open is located in Cienfuegos where you can start in a fantastic sailing area with or without a skipper.

Investment sum at least €25,000 up to a maximum of €240,000

10% return on the investment with a term of 6 years

The catamaran achieves between 12000€   and 18000€ 

From this you get 2% profit sharing  they get paid annually.

In addition, you get 50% off all sailing tours booked with us on Mallorca and in the Caribbean/Cuba
After 6 years, you get your investment back or you remain the owner and share in the profits.
